Challenge
The product was a non-standard product, which posed a great challenge to Openex’s drawing digestion and high-quality processing capability. Especially after the whole welding, the box is prone to encounter a certain amount of deformation.
Solution
In response to the difficulties encountered in processing, Oppen’s various departments repeatedly discussed and formulated processing solutions. During the processing, the technical department strictly controlled each process and adjusted the dimensions in time with advanced equipment and rich experience. Finally, the correction of product shape and size as well as various problems encountered were solved, and the customer was very satisfied with the quality of the product.
