1. Filter Central Cylinder

The main component of this filter exported to a Brazilian food equipment manufacturer is the central cylinder. The material is custom S32101 steel from Taiyuan Iron & Steel (TISCO), with the cylinder being 10 meters long and 1.5 meters in diameter, formed by plate bending and welding. The bending and welding requirements are very high, with the steel plates needing stress relief cleaning before formal bending.

The huge central cylinder for this industrial food filter has strict dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements to ensure proper fluid flow and prevent contamination. Our engineering team carefully simulates the sequential bending process to avoid introducing stresses into the long steel plates, while our ERP system tracks each plate through numbering and QC documentation. The cylinder sections are joined through automatic submerged arc welding for a smooth internal profile. Final CMM and laser inspection validates concentricity and other critical tolerances before shipment to the customer.

2. Supporting food machinery enterprise with a batch of side enclosure panels

This batch of panels uses 3mm thick 316L stainless steel, with NO4+ surface finish. The finished product lengths are about 8-12m. The products need to go through processes of grinding, splitting, flattening, cutting, etc. The surface quality requirements are extremely high. We also provided inspection reports for any surface dents, scratches, etc.
