Freeze Dryer

The freeze dryer is mainly used in the medical industry to remove water molecules from liquid substances through freeze drying technology, thereby converting them into solid powder form. Common types include pharmaceutical freeze dryers, tissue freeze dryers, blood plasma freeze dryers, etc.

Below are the main body parts we produced for a bio-pharmaceutical company’s freeze dryer, which has extremely high requirements for precision and quality. The welding process needs to strictly follow ISO5817-C standards. The material used is 904L super austenitic stainless steel, which is a stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance.

Supporting Components for C200 Superconducting Proton Therapy System

 

Protons (hydrogen H) are the basic tiny particles that make up atomic nuclei. In proton therapy, high-energy protons are focused on tumor tissues to maximize damage to tumor tissues. Proton therapy for cancer is currently the most advanced and reliable new radiotherapy technique in the world. This SC200 superconducting proton therapy system we machined parts for is the first complete set in China, consisting of a very complex integration of hardware and software, including a superconducting synchrotron, beam transport system, rotating gantry for treatment, treatment head and bed, precision positioning and collimation system, etc. Our company was responsible for machining the rotating gantry for treatment.

Pharmaceutical Packaging Machinery

 

Recently, we machined and fabricated parts to support a pharmaceutical packaging equipment customer in Shandong, including 300 electrical boxes, 50 water tanks, 30 liquid holding barrels, 100 top cover tools, and 20 tons of sheet metal fabricated parts.

 

This batch of products involved multiple processes including:

 

    Material preparation

    Grinding

    Cutting

    Bending

    Rolling

    Welding

    Machining

    Polishing

    Assembly

For the electrical boxes, our team worked closely with the customer to optimize the sheet metal enclosure design for manufacturability, including adding flanges and fastener holes for easy assembly. We utilized advanced CAD software to generate programs for our CNC turret punch and press brake to efficiently form the boxes from cold rolled steel. All welds were cleaned and deburred prior to powder coating for a durable finish.

 

The stainless steel liquid contact parts like the tanks and barrels underwent 20+ quality checks and were electropolished for pharmaceutical compliance. Dimensional reports were compiled for all components. We also supported debugging on-site by quickly producing any replacement parts needed during equipment startup.
