Some Case
1.Shell Plate Rolling Services for Pulp Digester
Over 400 tons of rolled shell plates successfully export to Laos. These shell plates are used in the manufacture of 8 digesters. The digester is 17 meters high and with a diameter of 5.8 meters and 10.5 meters. Each digester requires 14 shell plates, a total of 112 pieces, with a total weight of 400 tons.
2.Recently, Openex has processed and manufactured a batch of 8-meter cylindrical shell products for a customer in the machinery industry. The batch is mainly made of carbon steel and the machining involves a number of processes such as sawing, cutting, beveling, plate rolling, bending, machining, welding and post-weld heat treatment. The order had a large welding volume, tight delivery schedule, and the customer had high requirements for the welding quality and surface treatment of the product.
3.Pressure Vessel Liquid Ammonia Tank
This storage tank is used for the storage of chemical liquid Ammonia which weighs 88 tons.
This chemical storage tank is with a diameter of 5200mm and a length of 12700mm.
Liquid Ammonia Tank is a common storing and shipping equipment in chemicals. It is built in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and is rated for 250 psig.
4.HDPE/Ethylene Agitation reactor Pressure Vessel
Diameter: 4700mm; Length: 17252mm; Weight: 110 tons; Verticality tolerance between flange and cylinder axis: <0.0125°; Coaxial tolerance: <2mm
This agitation reactor for HDPE has a special structure and has a very high technical requirement. The body of this pressure vessel is covered by half-tubes which has a high requirement of assembly. And the half-tubes need to be welded with the vessel body. The weld length is up to 1950 meters.
5.Fabrication of Pressure Vessels for EOEG plant
Here pictured are pressure vessels for an EOEG project producing acrylic acid, this project includes 38 vessels with a weight of 2400tons in total, among which there are 16 ones made of stainless steel, 20 of dual-phase steel, 2 of carbon steel. The largest one is 6.6m in diameter and 55m in length.
