With 250 ton lifting capacity, Openex offers heavy welding and fabrication services to meet the most large-scale requirements. We offer X-ray certified welding.
Openex is equipped with state-of-art welding equipment, skilled personnel,s and years of experience in multiple welding processes. Our welders are certified to the requirement of AWS, ASME, ISO 3834, and other custom requirements. Like with our machining and forming equipment, Openex invests in innovative technology to maximize efficiency.
Our welding machines include welding robots, Plasma welder, strip surfacing machine, Cross welder, saddle welding machine, Lincoln welding machine, and gantry welding machines about 231 sets, support welding methods including AW, SMAW, MAG, MIG, TIG, PAW.
