Openex’s enhanced plate rolling department can roll up to 4250mm wide cold thickness 200mm plates. Our plate rolling options are commonly used for producing vessels, cylinders, tanks, and conical shapes for a variety of industries and applications.

We have over 10 plate rolling machines, including a Hausler heavy plate roller, capable of rolling steel plates up to 4250mm in width by 210mm in thickness. We also have a range of other machines including the Faccin, SERTOM and more. We can carry out all necessary metal processes before rolling, such as CNC cutting, plate bevelling, and also the process of shot blasting and painting after rolling
