1. symmetrical boom arms of engineering machinery
This batch of products to be used for the left and right symmetrical boom arms of engineering machinery consists of over 300 tons of 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm carbon steel plates. The products go through multiple processes including flattening, cutting, and bending.
Engineering machinery like excavators, cranes, and road rollers rely on sturdy, precisely bent boom arms to perform lifting and moving functions. Our engineering team works closely with clients to understand the unique structural and functional requirements of each boom arm design. We utilize advanced 3D modeling to simulate bend sequencing and tooling design. Robotic precision cutting prepares the steel plates for the complex bending process. Our large-capacity bending machines like the LVD-HD 2000T efficiently form the arms to required dimensions while minimizing material stresses. Multi-step quality checks validate accuracy of angles, hole positions, and dimensions to ensure the boom arms meet design specifications before shipment. Our bending expertise on carbon steel sections up to 16mm thick produces the reliable, high performance boom arms that enable engineering machinery to safely handle heavy loads.
LVD-HD 2000T bending machine processing
This product goes through processes of splitting, flattening, laser cutting, and bend forming. The processing difficulty is that the finished customer bend interferes with the equipment, making it hard to form in one step. And as an equipment main body it has high requirements for angles and dimensions that cannot be divided for processing. After discussing the process with the customer, we changed from the past approach of using dual bending machines together with the 2000T bender. Instead, by utilizing the LVD-HD 2000T lower die base structure and pulling an appropriate distance, we produced support tools for the angled thin plates. In 3 days we completed 110 sets of products, improving efficiency 3 times over the previous production order mode.
2. Collector Tank Pre-Fab Project for Corrosion Protection Customer
This batch of parts uses 6mm thick 304 stainless steel plates, involving processes of flattening, laser cutting, bending, and welding. Because the tank height is too high, the 2000T bender needs to be used for reverse bending to ensure forming quality. In addition, there are requirements for removing discoloration from the welds after welding.
3. Engineering Machinery Components
This order is mainly for bent parts, with Q345 material at primarily 8mm thickness.
