All quotations provided by us are based on the information and specifications given by the client at the time of inquiry. Orders are accepted subject to our confirmation and availability of resources. Any changes to the order after acceptance may incur additional costs or lead to revised delivery times.

 

 

Payment for our services is due as per the agreed terms, which are typically 30 days from the date of invoice unless specified otherwise. Late payments may result in interest charges and/or suspension of services until the account is brought current.

 

 

All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by the client remain the property of the client. However, we reserve the right to use images of the fabricated products for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

 

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty on our fabrication services. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages.

 

 

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information and will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without the client’s written consent.

 

 

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice of the breach.

 

 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

 

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
