At present, the maximum processing diameter of our tube sheet processing is up to 10 meters, the maximum drilling depth is 1.1 meters (the maximum diameter of the market is usually about 7 meters, the thickest 500mm or so), and we support the processing of carbon steel, stainless steel, zirconium, copper-coated, nickel-based alloys, titanium, and other various materials. Case Review:
1. Successfully developed Toshiba tube sheet supporting processing project with Japan HANWA, involving incoming material inspection, cutting and discharging, surface surfacing of tube plate, flaw detection, heat treatment, sand blasting, drilling, quality inspection and packaging and shipping, etc., which requires aperture diameter of ±0.05mm, surfacing thickness of ±0.2mm, and processing thickness of 600mm, which are much higher than the requirements of similar domestic products in terms of machining accuracy.
2. Solve the difficult machining of titanium alloy tube sheet, this titanium alloy material has very high tensile strength, which is twice as much as the normal titanium material, and its machining involves vertical lathe, small gantry, deep-hole drilling, and clamping process.
3. For a power station equipment manufacturer processing of tube sheet components, the processing of the product for four large tube sheet, using 317L and carbon steel composite steel plate, are “trapezoidal”, the long side of the length of 2250mm, the short side of the length of 2860mm, the height of 5120mm, thickness of 38.5mm, the whole version of the drilling more than 5,600 holes.

5. Evaporator tube sheet, folding plate, liquid rehydration plate, etc. for an international first-class pulp and paper equipment supplier.
The material is medium-thick plate of TISCO, and the process involves cutting, edge planing, welding, flaw detection, shaping, turning, drilling and boring, chamfering, packaging and so on. Difficulties: Because of the special thickness of the plate, it is easy to be deformed by vertical lathe machining, and frequent tool change is required.
